My recent stay at The Plaza was a blend of luxury and a few minor hiccups. The iconic atmosphere and friendly staff made my experience special, yet the initial challenges with service dampened it a bit. Overall, it's still a nice place to stay while exploring NYC.

The Vanderbilt Suite was a spacious retreat, but I encountered a few cleanliness issues and dated aspects.
